Policyholder name off the pre-2016 Scottish variant of the Northern Alliance motor proposal, anyone

Set is n=64 scans of one form. Northern Alliance motor proposal, the Scottish variant they used up to about 2016, where the policyholder name box sits under the vehicle block instead of above it, separated by a rule that is shonky or gone on half the scans. Everything else on the form is fine. 98.4% on the reg, 96.9% on the dates, and that one field is 71.9%, because it keeps taking the registered keeper instead, and on this form that is a different person about a third of the time and reads exactly the same. I have the crossbill set but 64 of one form is not enough to tune anything against and getting more is a faff, the broker who sent them retired. Not asking anyone to solve it. Mostly wondering if this is a layout thing or a me thing.

Problem Instructions

Read the policyholder name off this one form variant without picking up the registered keeper instead. Second best is knowing when the two have been swapped, because on this form they are different people about a third of the time.

  • Policyholder name clears 90% on the n=64 scans, against 71.9% now, with the reg and the dates no worse than 98.4% and 96.9%.
  • Where the rule under the vehicle block is gone, the output says which box the name came off, rather than handing back a name with nothing behind it.
